KOMSA is one of the leading service providers in the Information- and communications technology industry (ICT) in Europe. We are involved in three core areas:

• Wholesale: KOMSA is wholeseller for IT- and communications products. KOMSA procures products from all reputable manufacturers (e.g. Nokia, Siemens, Garmin, Canon, among others) and network operators (T-Mobile, Vodafone, E-Plus, o2) and distributes these to more than 10,000 re-sellers in specialty stores, large retailers, online- and direct sales outlets, system retailers, auto retailers, etc.
• Services: KOMSA takes on tasks for retailers and industry partners who outsource them in order to concentration on their core business. These include e.g. services in the area of marketing, logistics, contact-centre and repairs.
• Repair Service: KOMSA operates the second largest repair centre for mobile telephones in Germany.Here we repair more than 100,000 mobiles from all reputable manufacturers such asLG, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson every month.
